Neil Tulloch is the senior partner and lawyer of the firm, having earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979, and been a member of the Saskatchewan Bar since 1980.

He is a Regina resident having practiced in Regina since being admitted to the Bar.

Neil’s preferred areas of practice are commercial and corporate, estate planning and administration, real estate, employment, construction, criminal defence and litigation, including insurance claims and family law.

Neil’s farming background has also been useful while approaching legal problems and conflicts in the agriculture area.

Neil has appeared in all levels of Courts in Saskatchewan. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.
